Geordan Duplex, named after our two children Georgina and Daniel. The building work was completed in September 2005. It is a 4 bedroom 2nd floor penthouse with two large balconies on three sides and a large sun terrace. It has a shared large swimming pool. There are in total just 9 apartments in the block. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and has a double bed with wardrobes and a dressing table and is fitted with air conditioning, it also has it's own private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes and air conditioning. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe and air conditioning, and a private balcony. The fourth bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and a fan. The living room has two large sofa beds and air conditioning, so in total 9 people can sleep very comfortably. A music system and cd's and a selection of games are also included. The sun terrace has sunbeds, table and chairs, parasol and a barbecue.
There is also a safety deposit box for your peace of mind.
The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar. A toaster,kettle and all the cooking utensils are included.
Hand towels, bath towels and all bed linen are also provided in the apartment.
The apartment is located just 10 minutes walk away from the busy Dolphin square area and first beach with hundreds of bars,restaurants and shops.
It is also only 10 minutes away from the third beach area and new Marina so you can relax in one of the many restaurants and take in the breathtaking scenery.
There is also a new 18 hole golf course planned about 5 minutes walk away so it would be ideal if you fancy a quick round.
There is a small shop across the road were you can buy basics like water,bread and beer !!
The large carrefour supermarket is about 20 minutes walk away or just 5 minutes in a taxi.
